An express, insured, and trackable delivery

Shipping

We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders in Metropolitan France and for orders over €1500.

All our shipments are sent via an express service, with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 working days in France and 3 to 6 working days internationally. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate. Césaire Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by peak periods, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events.

All our shipments leave from France, with full tracking and insurance. However, import taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices.

A signature is required upon receipt of the parcel, at which point responsibility for the product is transferred to you. If a third party receives the order on your behalf, their signature will be considered sufficient proof of delivery.

If your parcel or product has been damaged during transport, it is essential to issue written and signed reservations to the carrier (with a copy sent to Césaire Paris), or to refuse the parcel. If you accept the delivery, please take photos of the parcel/product and the damages to provide proof.

Due to shipping procedures, no modifications to order information (including the delivery address) can be made once the order is validated. Please carefully check your information before confirming your purchase.

If no one is present during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery or retrieve your parcel.

  • European Union: No customs fees apply.
  • Non-EU Countries: Customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. These fees will be payable upon delivery.
  • United States: Orders under $600 are not subject to customs duties.

Returns & refunds

Please note that promotional or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.

Items purchased from Césaire Paris can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Before any return, please contact our customer service at contact@stephaniecesaire.com to obtain a return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Césaire cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during the return process. We strongly recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance.

Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receipt, inspection, and validation of the returned products by Césaire. Only products will be refunded; delivery fees and initial customs fees are not refundable.

Refunds are made using the original payment method. The processing time depends on the financial institution that issued your card.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange a product, you will need to return it and place a new order.

If a product purchased on our site shows a defect within 6 months after purchaseCésaire Paris reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service for any claims.

Our products are handcrafted. Slight imperfections or variations in shape, size, or color are normal and are not considered defects.

Differences in hue, creases, or natural markings are inherent characteristics of leather and are part of its unique charm. These elements will not be accepted as defects.
