Products purchased on stephaniecesaire.com are sold directly by SARL MIX UP (“CÉSAIRE”).

Our Commercial Policy
CÉSAIRE conducts its own e-commerce business exclusively with end-users who are final consumers.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on stephaniecesaire.com within the product sheets. The images and colors of the products offered on stephaniecesaire.com may not correspond to the actual colors due to the internet browser and screen used.
By “final consumer(s),” we mean any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may engage in. If you are not a “final consumer,” we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on stephaniecesaire.com.
CÉSAIRE reserves the right not to process orders from anyone who is not a “final consumer” or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy as defined herein.
Delivery
For In-Stock Purchases
Our in-stock bags will be delivered within ten (10) days from the effective receipt of payment. For other conditions, please read our general terms of sale.
For Made-to-Order Purchases
Your bag will be specially crafted for you, requiring an average of four (4) to five (5) weeks to obtain the leathers, four (4) weeks for processing in the workshop, and one (1) week for shipping, totaling ten (10) weeks. Depending on leather availability and workshop occupancy, the lead times may be shortened, and you will be informed accordingly. If this lead time needs to be extended, you will be notified within fifteen (15) days of order validation. If the additional time is not suitable, you can then cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Shipping & Customs
Maison Césaire ships to most countries worldwide*. Our proposed shipping costs are on express terms for international and standard parcel for France, including insurance. If you reside outside the EU, your purchase is offered tax-free but may be subject to customs fees upon entry into the destination country, which vary by country and period. Please check with your local customs.

Payment
In the case of payment by credit/debit card, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be transferred, using encrypted protocols, by CÉSAIRE to the bank providing remote electronic payment services, with third parties unable to access this information. Such information will only be used by CÉSAIRE to complete the procedures related to your purchase, issue refunds in the event of product returns in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or, if necessary, to prevent or report fraud on stephaniecesaire.com to the competent authorities.
The price for the purchase of products, as indicated on the order form, will be debited from your current account upon order validation by CÉSAIRE.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please verify the final sale price before submitting the order form.
How to Conclude a Purchase Contract with Césaire
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on stephaniecesaire.com, you must complete the electronic order form and submit it to CÉSAIRE electronically, following the provided instructions.
The order form includes a link to the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale,” information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its corresponding price, as well as the terms and delivery times for the purchased products.
The purchase contract is deemed concluded when CÉSAIRE telecommunicates the validation of your order, once the accuracy of the order data has been verified.
Before proceeding with the purchase of products by submitting the order form, you are required to carefully read and validate these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Before submitting the order form, you are also asked to detect and correct any input errors.
Order submissions to CÉSAIRE must be made in French or English.
In the event that products presented on stephaniecesaire.com are no longer available in stock, CÉSAIRE will offer the option of a made-to-order product. If you refuse this option, CÉSAIRE will cancel the order, with no charges incurred.
By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and commit to complying with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with CÉSAIRE. If you disagree with any terms outlined in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit your order form to purchase products on stephaniecesaire.com.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to terminate the contract concluded with CÉSAIRE without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on stephaniecesaire.com. However, it is not possible to exchange the purchased item for another.
In this case, you must return the products to CÉSAIRE by a carrier of your choice within fourteen days from the date you received them.
By using your chosen carrier to return the products, please send the CÉSAIRE product(s) to the following address: 6, rue Saint Florentin, 75001, Paris, FRANCE. The transport of the products will then be solely your responsibility and at your expense, including in case of loss or damage to the products, customs return.
Any customs charges on the product will be borne by the sender.
In addition to complying with the deadlines and procedures described in the delivery section, the return of products in case of exercising the right of withdrawal is considered properly executed if the following conditions are fully met:
- The return form is correctly filled out and sent to CÉSAIRE;
- The product was not made to order;
- The product is not an item that has been discounted or subject to a promotion;
- The product has not been worn, modified, or damaged;
- The products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging;
- The returned products must be handed over to the carrier of your choice within seven days from the date you received them.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the conditions and terms indicated above, CÉSAIRE will make every effort to process the refund within a maximum of thirty days from the receipt of the product, conditioned upon the perfect condition of the product.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Exclusively offered on stephaniecesaire.com are products of the CÉSAIRE luxury brand, known for their high quality.
CÉSAIRE does not sell used, defective, or substandard products below market standards.
The products are covered by the legal warranty against all consequences of defects or hidden defects as defined by European Directive 1985/374/EEC.
The warranty applies for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty is limited to the value of the item and is only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, friction wear, exposure to extreme temperatures, inks, acids, solvents, and chemicals. It also does not cover damage caused by third parties, such as transportation.
To benefit from the warranty on products, it is imperative to contact CÉSAIRE by email to obtain prior approval. The handling of your request regarding the warranted item will be done within 72 business hours, and you will receive a response by email within this time frame. No warranted product will be accepted by CÉSAIRE without prior email approval from CÉSAIRE.
However, if the product is not repairable, an exchange will be made. The exchange of goods sold will be ensured to the extent of our possibilities or those of the manufacturers. The fidelity of colors (leathers, fabrics, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. The exchange will be made within twelve (12) weeks from the receipt of the defective goods. In the absence of the ability to replace or repair the product, a refund will be made for the value of the goods at the date of purchase.
The buyer will return the defective goods at their expense with proof of purchase bearing the date. Transportation costs will be reimbursed by CÉSAIRE (by bank transfer within a maximum of thirty days) up to a maximum of fifty euros including tax (€50) upon presentation of the invoice. Return costs will be borne by CÉSAIRE.
However, if the warranty is not applicable, CÉSAIRE undertakes to provide after-sales service for products purchased on stephaniecesaire.com at your expense. Prior to this, it is essential to send us an email describing the problem. We will send you a quote and only perform the repairs after receiving your approval. The product is sent to us, repaired, and returned to you at your expense.
Applicable Law
These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
